Royal Emotional Care Effective Date: September 24, 2026

  1. Acceptance. By accessing or using royalemotionalcare.com ("Site"), operated by Royal Emotional Care, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
  2. Not Emergency Care. The Site does not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, call 911 or 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
  3. No Therapeutic Relationship. Content on the Site is general information only and is not clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. A therapist-client relationship is established only after intake, signed consent forms, and acceptance by a licensed clinician.
  4. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older to use the Site. Services for minors require consent from a parent or legal guardian.
  5. Appointments. Requests submitted through the Site are requests only and are not confirmed until we respond. Cancellation, no-show, and rescheduling policies are provided at intake and apply to all appointments.
  6. Payments. Fees are disclosed before services begin. Payments made through the Site are handled by third-party processors subject to their own terms. Charges are non-refundable except as required by law or agreed in writing.
  7. Telehealth. Telehealth is available only to clients physically located in states where our clinicians are licensed at the time of the session. You are responsible for a private location and adequate internet connection.
  8. Privacy. Use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Notice and, where applicable, our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. Do not send protected health information through unsecured email or website forms.
  9. Acceptable Use. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, or submit false, unlawful, or infringing content.
  10. Intellectual Property. All Site content, marks, and materials are owned by Royal Emotional Care and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without written permission.
